What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming, greeting, and assisting all students, members, and visitors entering the facility
- Opening and closing the fitness facility, ensuring proper access and security
- Maintaining a clean and organized environment for all facility users
- Operating a cash register and handling financial transactions
- Working independently while providing exceptional customer service
What is Required (Qualifications)
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school education or equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within one month of employment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, and Outlook
- Ability to run a cash register and work independently
- No prior experience necessary

- One year of customer service and/or general office experience
- Knowledge of recreational sports
