Job Description

As a Remote Sales Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth through our online chat platform. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, respond to their inquiries, and encourage them to place orders for our secondhand shipping containers. You'll have the opportunity to close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system.

Key Responsibilities:

* Advertise and sell shipping containers using our software

  • Engage with customers via chat, responding to their inquiries and encouraging them to place orders
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system
  • Assign leads to sales managers for follow-up via phone calls
  • Participate in daily training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Join a Q&A group and work with mentors to achieve your goals

Requirements:

* 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong internet connection and a phone or laptop for chatting with customers and using our software
