Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, utilizing arenaflex's CRM system to track and analyze customer data
  • Identify and report trends in customer issues to improve overall customer experience, providing actionable insights to inform arenaflex's product development and customer support strategies

Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer satisfaction targets

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues and solutions in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proven ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Proficiency in typing and using live chat software, with experience with arenaflex's CRM system a plus

Experience

* 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer satisfaction targets

  • Experience with live chat software is a plus, with a strong understanding of the benefits and challenges of live chat support
