Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing strategic direction to restaurant staff to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Overseeing various operations, including:
+ Performance management, scheduling, policy compliance, recruitment and selection, employee discipline, coaching and training, and performance evaluations + Financial management, including inventory control, forecasting productivity, financial reporting, managing costs related to the sale of goods and services, and managing the cost of labor + Implementing promotional tactics at a local level while executing marketing campaigns + Handling financial setbacks caused due to low cash reserves + Maintaining uniformity across all arenaflex products by executing established standards + Managing orders effectively and building strong relationships with suppliers + Serving as the primary liaison between the District Manager and other market leaders, including store managers and team leaders
- Attaining financial targets and driving business growth through effective operational management
- Implementing strategies for overcoming common customer service challenges
- Continuous monitoring of competitor's promotional activities, market developments, and expansion plans to stay ahead of the competition
- Maintaining top-tier customer service through effective team management and coaching
- Ensuring compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act to reduce the likelihood of workplace accidents and injuries
Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:
- At least three years of experience in a restaurant or food industry-related setting, combined with prior experience leading a team
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for coaching and development
- Strong analytical skills, with a fundamental understanding of mathematics and accounting
- A focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
- Ability to work varied hours, including weekends, and be accountable to the District Manager
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results
