What You'll Do
As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Reviewing and completing Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by our clients
- Performing credentialing-related tasks, such as application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications
- Following up with various state boards and credentialing bodies for status updates and verifications
- Ensuring the accuracy and quality of credentialing data in compliance with industry standards
- Verifying information provided to our client by third-party entities using online databases to cross-check details
- Performing additional duties and tasks as required by arenaflex
Key Responsibilities
* Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high-quality and timely completion of tasks
- Credentialing: Perform credentialing-related tasks, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications
- Verification: Verify information provided to our client by third-party entities using online databases to cross-check details
- Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, state boards, and credentialing bodies to ensure timely and accurate updates
- Quality Control: Contribute to the quality control process, ensuring the accuracy and quality of credentialing data

Qualifications
* Experience: 6+ months of experience in a Data Entry or Customer Service-related role is a plus.
- Availability: Available to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off.

- Communication skills: Excellent command of the English language, with great written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical requirements: Able to support a work-from-home setup, with an internet speed of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
