Job Summary
As a Customer Engagement Marketing Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of our customer engagement marketing strategies. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, enhance customer experiences, and promote our brand values. This is a part-time remote opportunity, requiring 8 hours of work per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the execution of arenaflex's customer engagement marketing strategies, including campaign development, execution, and analysis
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to review and manage the Client Commitment unified legal and security line, including reporting new checking processes
- Aid in the review and management of new and renewal contract surveys, including MSA, NDA, business, marketing, legal, protection, pricing, pixels, data use, and security terms for Disney objections, shopDisney, and Disney Distributing
- Conduct external data sharing inspections and oversight, including crowd dividing among Disney specialty units, organization, and outside merchants
- Oversee project-specific direction and prescribed strategy to ensure consistency status with existing, recently authorized, and emerging security guidelines and regulations, such as GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, ITP, and future regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance customer experiences
- Analyze data and metrics to inform marketing strategies and optimize customer engagement efforts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure arenaflex remains compliant and competitive
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Political Science, Pre-Law, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in customer engagement marketing, marketing operations, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including process streams and documentation
- Ability to arrange and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight
- Detailed, organized, and analytical skills, with the ability to comply with tight time constraints
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in customer engagement marketing, marketing operations, or a related field
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, data analysis tools, and project management software
- Certification in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Fluency in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, French, or Mandarin
