Job Description:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing personalized support to individuals, suppliers, and other divisions through phone, email, or written correspondence
- Guiding customers through their plan of benefits, arenaflex strategy, and methodology, as well as providing access to resources and administrative rules
- Building a trusting and caring relationship with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Communicating relevant information to customers, such as extra plan details, benefit plan details, and self-service tools
- Explaining customers' freedoms and limitations as per contract
- Maintaining accurate records and tracking contacts with customers, suppliers, and plan supporters
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or written correspondence
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Guide customers through their plan of benefits, arenaflex strategy, and methodology
- Build a trusting and caring relationship with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Communicate relevant information to customers, such as extra plan details, benefit plan details, and self-service tools

Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or healthcare)
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a production environment or a similar setting
- Familiarity with clinical terminology
