Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries, while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
- Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes in a secure and efficient manner
- Upsell products or services as needed to meet customer needs and increase revenue
- Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Requirements
* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and customer needs
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
