About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients via phone and email. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your role will be to provide accurate information, find solutions to problems, and ensure that every customer has a positive experience. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be fluent in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian, and have a good command of English. You'll also need to be flexible and dynamic, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate will be a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is committed to ongoing learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide great customer service to clients via phone and email

  • Provide accurate information about new bookings, rebooking's, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
  • Find solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
  • Work with a wide range of clients, from airlines and rail operators to hotels and tour operators
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian (C1 level)

  • Good command of English (B2 level)
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a focus on ongoing professional development

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the travel industry, with a focus on customer service and support

  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Note:

This job is available primarily full-time, but we also offer part-time employment. This is a flexible way to decide how you want to work with us, anywhere from 50 - 100% (note: the training period is full-time only, part-time is possible after this stage).

Work from home (within Baltic region) or office (Raina Bulvaris 11).

Fluent in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian (C1 level).

Full-time.

Start Date:

December or January.

Working Hours:

Work in 8.5 h shifts, Monday to Sunday, from 9 AM till 8 PM.
