Key Responsibilities

As a Cloud Representative, you'll play a critical role in our MRC team, working closely with clients to understand their needs, educate them about the benefits of AWS and our services, and guide them through the cloud adoption process. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding promptly to client inquiries to accelerate their cloud journey
• Building a robust AWS leads dataset by engaging with clients through phone, email, and live chat
• Educating clients at the early stages of their cloud journey and moving them from warm or low interest to active interest and consideration
• Supporting leads with tailored communication to increase client understanding of AWS services and differentiators, along with relevant use cases
• Through sustain efforts, creating higher-value leads resulting in higher conversion rates
• Collaborating with a global cross-functional MRC team to drive functional excellence and better client experiences

Essential Capabilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications)
• 4+ years of work experience in Sales, Marketing, or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
• Proficiency in using technology to drive business results

Preferred Capabilities

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

• AWS Cloud Specialist Certificate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional
• Technical background in Design, Software Engineering, or MIS
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and emerging cloud technologies, including potential opportunities for clients
• Proven ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-growth environment
• Capacity to manage uncertainty and ambiguity
• Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional organization with cutting-edge products and services
• Excellent listening and questioning skills to understand client needs
• Clear, concise, and confident communication skills through phone or chat
• Strong interest in learning and staying up-to-date with cloud technology advancements
• Ability to think critically and structure responses
