Job Summary
We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, working 100% from home in the state of Texas. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, conducting telephone screening, and engaging in positive interactions to effectively meet the needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities
* Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct telephone screening to identify customer needs and preferences
- Engage in positive interactions with customers, providing solutions and alternatives to meet their needs
- Utilize computer navigation skills to access customer information and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings
Essential Qualifications
* 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the US
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer navigation skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Chrome
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of industry-specific products or services
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
