Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Processing incoming faxes containing critical information from providers, patients, and medications, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Verifying the completeness of required information, including dates of birth and medication dosages, to ensure seamless prescription coverage.
  • Conducting follow-ups with providers to obtain any missing information, demonstrating exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Accurately inputting data to confirm prescription coverage, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Managing approximately 20 inbound calls daily to verify and gather essential information, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Required Skills

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong communication abilities, enabling you to effectively interact with healthcare providers and patients.
  • Proficiency in managing tasks related to both fax and phone communications, ensuring seamless workflow and minimal disruptions.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
