Job Description

As a Sales Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth through our chat-based sales platform. You'll be responsible for engaging with customers via chat, encouraging them to place orders, and closing sales directly on the chat. You'll also be responsible for adding leads to your account, which will be assigned to a sales manager for follow-up via phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

* Advertise and sell shipping containers using our software

  • Engage with customers via chat and encourage them to place orders
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system
  • Add leads to your account and assign them to sales managers for follow-up via phone calls
  • Participate in daily training sessions to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Join a Q&A group and work with mentors to achieve your goals

Essential Qualifications

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using software and technology to engage with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred
