Experienced Brand Representative and Live Chat Support Specialist – Imaging and Print Brand Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Brand Representative and Live Chat Support Specialist for arenaflex, a leading imaging and print brand. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer support and assistance through in-person and real-time chat interactions, building relationships in-store, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Your excellent communication skills, knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and print, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to delivering outstanding service will be instrumental in ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

As a Brand Representative and Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Engaging with customers via chat to provide prompt, polite, and informative support, resolving issues, and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintaining a deep understanding of arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and comprehensive assistance.
• Effectively handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns with a customer-focused mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for providing outstanding service.
• Providing reports on chats you handle to give us a better insight into customer and query trends.
• Training in-store staff to a level where they feel confident in demonstrating arenaflex's products and services when you are not around.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• Proven experience as a Live Chat Operator or Customer Service Representative, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer support.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-focused mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for providing outstanding service.
• A genuine passion for photography, videography, and/or print, with a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services.
• Adaptability, patience, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and big personality, with a drive for self-development and a willingness to learn quickly.
• Valid Driving License with the ability to travel all over the country when required.

As a Brand Representative and Live Chat Support Specialist for arenaflex, you will enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

• A salary of £11.50 per hour for Live Chat, £13 per hour for In-store, and £15 per hour for Events.
