What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving issues effectively through empathetic and professional communication

  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute), with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
