What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Sales and Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, providing top-notch support to customers across the country. Your day will be filled with:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers and responding to requests about installation, disconnection, or changes to service
  • Instilling confidence and loyalty in customers through thoughtful listening, utilizing your knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to effectively service and retain customers
  • Identifying customer needs and proactively offering our products and services to meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Investigating and resolving customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues
  • Responding to requests from customers about arenaflex products and services
  • Verifying service order accuracy and completeness and making corrections/changes, as needed
  • Negotiating the collection of overdue bills
  • Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business
  • Managing various systems and work tools while engaging on the phone with customers

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a true consultative salesperson who is energized by meeting sales goals and building relationships with customers. You'll be a master of empathy and communication, able to diffuse sensitive situations and provide exceptional customer service. You'll be driven to learn about your customers' business challenges and industry trends, and you'll be passionate about staying up-to-date on the latest arenaflex products and services.

Essential Qualifications

* Related Associate Degree or 2+ years' relevant experience

  • Customer Service call center experience
  • Previous collections experience
  • Experience with selling products and services
  • Customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with detail and precision

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services

Work Environment

As a remote Customer Sales and Service Representative, you'll work from home with occasional in-person trainings and meetings. You'll be part of a virtual team that's connected and collaborative, with regular check-ins and feedback. You'll have access to a range of tools and resources to help you succeed in your role, including training programs, performance metrics, and customer feedback.

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is between $579.50 and $1,718.00 weekly based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
