Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Trainer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in shaping the customer experience for our employees and clients alike. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate new hire, progression, and enhancement training: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs that equip new hires with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
- Train new and existing employees on client projects: Emphasize the importance of customer confidentiality and security, ensuring that all employees understand the critical role they play in maintaining the trust of our clients.
- Develop non-classroom communication and training materials: Create engaging, interactive materials that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.
- Assess individual participant and class performance: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in minor client interaction: Engage with clients through Weekly Business Review meetings, provide feedback on curriculum effectiveness, and conduct client visits to ensure that our services meet their needs.

Position Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Experience Trainer at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Must be able to work remotely: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home or a remote location, with access to reliable internet and communication tools.
- Must be flexible to work any 8 hours between 8AM-10PM EST: Be willing to adapt to changing schedules and work hours, ensuring that you're available to meet the needs of our clients and employees.
