Role Overview
As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring positive interactions across various channels. Your role will be vital in enhancing the customer experience, fostering strong relationships, and contributing to team strategies. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, each with unique needs and preferences, and develop your skills in problem-solving, communication, and conflict resolution.
Main Responsibilities
* Deliver top-tier support via voice (phone) and non-voice (email, chat) channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer concerns
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide personalized assistance, using your problem-solving skills and creative thinking to resolve complex problems
- Actively listen to customer needs and preferences, gathering feedback to improve our services and contribute to team strategies
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a supportive and efficient work environment, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence
- Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures
What We're Looking For
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support
- Excellent communication skills, with a customer-first attitude and a passion for building strong relationships
- Experience using support software like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms (a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and think critically in fast-paced situations
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or CRM systems (preferred)
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
Technical Requirements
* Personal computer or laptop with at least 15 Mbps for both upload and download speeds
- Backup internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) will be required upon employment, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
