Experienced Mail and Chat Agent – Customer Service and Sales Representative

Job Summary:

As a Mail and Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients. You'll be responsible for responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and selling our products through email, chat, and other communication channels. Key Responsibilities:

* Handle client concerns and questions via email, chat, and other communication channels

• Sell our products to clients, providing them with personalized recommendations and solutions
• Respond to and resolve all tickets on our system in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless customer experiences
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to clients
• Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* At least 1 year of technical experience in a hosting company, preferably with a background in Orange or WE

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, with a strong focus on resolving client issues and providing exceptional support
• Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
• Maximum age of 30 years old
• Sales experience is preferred, but not required
• Residents of Nasr city, Misr el Gdeda, Shoubra Misr, Fifth of settlement, or Hadaya Elzaytoun are preferred
• Graduates only
• Both males and females are welcome to apply

Work Conditions:

* Rotational shifts from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, working from the office or from 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM, working from home

• 2 fixed days off per month, which may change every month
• Work from our office in Nasr city
• One-month paid training program to ensure a smooth transition into the role
