Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, stores, and partners through various communication channels. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving issues, answering questions, and ensuring their needs are met. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chats from clients, stores, and partners in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize various tools and resources to resolve customer issues and answer questions
- Provide expert-level support to customers, using a conversational approach to build trust and rapport
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handle time
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed support
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute (WPM)
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
- Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a similar industry
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
