As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in driving client growth and satisfaction. You'll be responsible for educating customers about our products and services, developing strong relationships with clients, and supporting our sales professionals in closing deals. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Educating and providing accurate information to customers regarding purchase orders, product offerings, changes in service, or impending sales promotions
  • Developing and serving as the direct point of contact for our client's customers to answer any additional questions and find an effective solution
  • Supporting our sales professionals in assisting customers, overturning objections, exceeding expectations, and closing out sales
  • Maintaining detailed customer account information, including address, contact information, and billing
  • Providing exceptional customer service by upholding our standards in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with fellow Customer Support Representative team members to improve customer satisfaction and enhance sales profits for our clients

What We Look For in Our Customer Support Representative

* A high school diploma or equivalent is required

  • An eagerness to learn and improve upon existing skill sets in customer service and/or sales
  • An outgoing personality and the natural ability to connect with customers, clients, and other team members within the Customer Support Representative team
  • A self-starter with a competitive spirit to accomplish set targets and drive our clients' growth forward
  • Natural composure and an infectious attitude towards arising issues with the ability to adapt quickly and develop practical solutions with minimal supervision

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a sales or customer support role in a similar industry

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or sales (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP))
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
