You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client expectations are met and campaigns are hitting performance targets. Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing inbound communications (email, live chat, and phone) from advertisers and publishers related to onboarding, as well as relationship and campaign management
* Onboarding and setting up new accounts to ensure a seamless experience for our clients
* Monitoring and optimizing ad campaigns to ensure performance targets are being met
* Understanding advertiser and publisher needs and providing timely support to inquiries according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
* Generating reports for clients when needed to provide valuable insights and recommendations
* Communicating with cross-functional teams to relay pertinent information and ensure seamless collaboration
Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Microsoft Office and Google Suite experience, with proficiency in using these tools to manage and analyze data
* Previous customer service experience, with a strong focus on building strong relationships and providing exceptional support
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations
* A proactive, productive, and entrepreneurial attitude, with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning
* Previous experience working for an online advertising company is a plus, but not required
* Previous experience working with ad platforms (including Google Adwords or Analytics, Yahoo, and The Trade Desk) is a plus
* Previous experience working with software systems (including CRM tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Zendesk) is a plus
