What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting research to provide answers and solutions to customers' issues
  • Understanding customers' needs and providing alternative solutions, including upselling products or services
  • Collaborating with global teammates to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and providing expert advice to customers

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
  • Computer experience and proficiency in using software applications
  • Must already reside in Canada
