What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting research to provide answers and solutions to customers' issues
- Understanding customers' needs and providing alternative solutions, including upselling products or services
- Collaborating with global teammates to achieve common goals and objectives
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and providing expert advice to customers
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong product knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
- Computer experience and proficiency in using software applications
- Must already reside in Canada
