Job Summary

As a Director of Risk Management and Business Development, you'll be responsible for leading our organization's risk management and business development efforts. You'll work closely with our innovation and business teams to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and profitability. Your expertise in data analysis and risk management will be instrumental in identifying and mitigating potential risks, while your business acumen will help us capitalize on new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development and implementation of risk management and business development strategies that drive growth and profitability

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and develop insights that inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with innovation and business teams to develop and implement new products and services
  • Identify and assess new information sources that could add value to our products and services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to inform business decisions
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business change and reengineer systems
  • Develop and implement business process improvement techniques to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Utilize MS Excel for financial and data reporting and analysis
  • Work with Data bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Scene, Terawatt, Client Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Unix to analyze and visualize data

Essential Qualifications

* Graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 1 year of experience in risk management, data analysis, and business development
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing risk management and business development strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights that inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement business process improvement techniques
  • Experience with MS Excel, Data bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Scene, Terawatt, Client Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Unix

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders

  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and developments, with the ability to apply this knowledge to inform business decisions
