Job Summary
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing timely and effective support to our clients and their end-users. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, using your critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues and meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their end-users, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with client software applications
- Document all call information according to Quality Assurance (QA) and internal standard operating procedures
- Monitor team mailbox emails and document according to procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to departmental procedures for all emergencies
- Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
Requirements
• College degree preferred; at least one year of applicable experience required
- Strong computer experience with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with SharePoint
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills on a professional level
- Strong phone skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve daily issues
- Ability to work remotely within 50 miles of Indianapolis and travel to client site for urgent situations
- COVID-19 vaccination restrictions are no longer required to enter facilities according to CDC recommendations for any local or state requirements
Preferred Qualifications
• Bilingual in Spanish, French, and/or Japanese
- Experience working in a clinical trials or healthcare industry
- Strong commitment to customer service and continuous improvement
