Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk Typing Specialist to join our team and help us maintain the accuracy and integrity of our Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for reviewing and entering price change requests, managing promotional pricing, and collaborating with our merchants and stores to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk Typing Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Review and enter all price change requests received from merchant organization, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Understand data and ability to spot price change discrepancies, taking proactive steps to resolve issues
• Understand complex promotional price changes and how they feed into the system, ensuring seamless integration
• Review and enter stores submitted cost and price changes, maintaining up-to-date records
• Review and enter promotional pricing in Oracle Pricing and SAP ecommerce systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Work with AP to reopen Pos for invoice submission, streamlining our financial processes
• Manage and review weekly price change reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Assist with ad hoc requests for item maintenance and item creation, supporting our business divisions
• Additional responsibilities as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, computer science, mathematics)
• 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis and manipulation
• Strategic thinker with innovative problem-solving skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Proactive and self-motivated mindset, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, with a data-driven and results-focused mentality
• Strong organization and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
