What You Will Do
As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Staying up-to-date with the latest cutting-edge technology and applying the latest customer happiness practices to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Providing omni-channel support via chats and emails, ensuring seamless communication with users worldwide
- Collaborating with developers and other departments of various IT companies to resolve complex technical issues
- Becoming a product expert and constantly growing your knowledge to provide the best possible support to our clients
- Working closely with our team to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in English (C1 minimum)
- Experience in Customer Support, preferably in a tech-related industry
- A desire to learn, research, and develop your skills and knowledge
- A customer-oriented and responsible attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Nice to Have
* Experience with CRM systems
