The Opportunity

As a Conversational AI Trainer & Data Entry Specialist, you'll have the unique opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from teaching chatbots to engage in everyday conversations to developing novel responses to complex questions. You'll be responsible for creating diverse conversations, writing high-quality answers, comparing the performance of different AI models, and researching and fact-checking AI responses. Responsibilities

* Develop diverse conversations to teach AI chatbots how to engage with users in a more natural and intuitive way

• Write high-quality answers to complex questions and scenarios, ensuring accuracy, originality, and relevance
• Compare the performance of different AI models, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting enhancements
• Research and fact-check AI responses to ensure accuracy and consistency with arenaflex's high standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate your work into our AI development pipeline
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and chatbot development

Qualifications

* Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy
• Excellent writing and grammar skills, with the ability to adapt to different styles and formats
• Strong research and fact-checking skills, with the ability to verify information and ensure accuracy
• A bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in a relevant field, such as computer science, linguistics, or communications
• Experience with AI development, chatbot training, or related fields is a plus
