Job Summary
As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. You'll work a night shift schedule, rotating between two shifts, and will be expected to meet and exceed performance targets. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including call handling times, first call resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed and accurate advice to customers
- Use initiative to exceed customer expectations and identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
Essential Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a Contact Centre environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of calls/emails within a shift
- Basic IT skills and strong written literacy skills
- Self-motivated and able to work from home with minimal supervision
- Resilient and able to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience working a night shift schedule
- Knowledge of CRM systems and other customer service software
- Experience with sales and upselling products to customers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals and objectives
