Job Summary

As a Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients' customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. You'll work a night shift schedule, rotating between two shifts, and will be expected to meet and exceed performance targets. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Meet and exceed performance targets, including call handling times, first call resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed and accurate advice to customers
  • Use initiative to exceed customer expectations and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required

Essential Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a Contact Centre environment

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of calls/emails within a shift
  • Basic IT skills and strong written literacy skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work from home with minimal supervision
  • Resilient and able to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience working a night shift schedule

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and other customer service software
  • Experience with sales and upselling products to customers
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals and objectives
