Responsibilities:

As a Telephony Customer Service Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

Providing Exceptional Customer Service:

Be the first point of contact for customers and provide a professional, friendly, and efficient service over the telephone.

Supporting Customers:

Maintaining High Standards of Data Security and GDPR Regulations:

Following Daily Schedules and Tasks:
