Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Station Liaison, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service from within our delivery station, ensuring successful re-delivery attempts for customers' parcels
  • Calling customers to confirm crucial delivery details and prevent further delivery delays
  • Collaborating with warehouse teams and Delivery Service Partners to ensure packages are re-delivered successfully on the same day
  • Proactively solving delivery defects to reduce customer effort and improve overall satisfaction
  • Working variable hours to match when customers need us most, including Wednesdays to Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 20:45 PM

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • The right to work in the United Kingdom without restrictions
  • Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality industries
  • Flexible scheduling, with a non-negotiable time schedule of 10:00 AM to 8:45 PM
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, including the ability to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech, listening, and interpreting customer needs
  • Excellent time-management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Experience working under pressure in high-volume environments while maintaining standards for productivity, quality, and service
  • Ability to take ownership and be proactive
  • Intermediate computer literacy
