Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Demonstrating excellent customer care and focus, with a strong emphasis on empathy and problem-solving skills
- Assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
- Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with ease and efficiency
- Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes with accuracy and attention to detail
- Upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth
- Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and exceed expectations
Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong active listening skills, with the ability to relay information, answer questions, and address concerns
- Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
