Experienced Customer Support Agent – Global Artist Support Team

Our Artist Support team plays a crucial role in delivering world-class service to artists across the UK, Germany, the USA, and beyond. As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be part of a collaborative and innovative team that's passionate about music, technology, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting customers both inside and outside our studios via live chat, phone, and email
- Managing bookings and account queries
- Troubleshooting equipment issues
- Completing administrative tasks
- Communicating equipment and estates issues to our Ops team
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for artists and creators
Key Qualifications
* Experience in customer service, preferably within a high-volume call centre environment
- Strong understanding of exceptional customer service principles with a customer-first mentality
- Prior experience working with audio equipment is a plus

* Competitive salary: £10,707.84 (18 hours/week) or £14,277.12 (24 hours/week)
- Opportunity to work overtime in addition to contracted hours
