Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team of talented professionals. As a Sr. Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data pipelines, architectures, and systems that support our business operations and drive growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data science, engineering, and product management, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop large-scale data pipelines, architectures, and systems that support business operations and drive growth
- Collaborate with data science, engineering, and product management teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, data set frameworks, and tools for continuous and batch processing
- Work with cloud-based platforms, such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, to design and implement scalable and secure data architectures
- Develop and maintain strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and other relevant languages to build robust data pipelines and dynamic systems
- Assemble and maintain data stores and data models to support information science and other internal clients
- Investigate current data technology trends to identify and evaluate key capabilities and suggest solutions
- Explore and recommend new tools and technologies to optimize data processing and delivery
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in data engineering, architecture, or related field
- 5+ years of experience with SQL, Python, and other relevant programming languages
- Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Strong communication, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience with Hadoop, Hive, or PySpark
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with healthcare industry data and analytics
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data governance, and data quality
