Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping us drive business growth and inform strategic decision making. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that meet the needs of our clients. With a strong focus on data analysis, visualization, and reporting, you'll be responsible for extracting insights from complex data sets and presenting them in a clear and actionable way.
Key Responsibilities
* Build a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal teams and functional partners
- Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization
- Support internal business work processes, such as administration costing, labor force management, and asset planning
- Work with various data systems and deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, emergency, and resolve measurement-based issues
- Archive work processes connected with key cycles, data collection and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes
- Work with Data Architects and system designers to help documentation and executions of data set plans
- Construct vital dynamic structures and write scripts that help us automate and expand
- Gifted in refining insights from data and combining and making convincing storytelling for leader audiences
- Support Planning and Delivery Activities with impromptu demands from our partners
Essential Capabilities
* 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data design, or technical fields
- Four-year degree in technical field - Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, Software Engineering
- Experience working with data and data control software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet
- Understanding of social data set plan and capability
- Solid math and analytical skills
- You are an exhibited self-starter and you give solid critical fitness, unwavering discernment and conveying, and extraordinary direction
- Fruitful collaboration and time usage abilities
- You carry areas of strength for a to detail, with a capacity to make a stride back and grasp the master plan
- You have astounding composed and oral relational abilities
- A showed capacity to work with designing conveyance groups to examine specialized ideas
- Experience with Success, Smartsheet, or potentially AirTable
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, QlikView, or D3.js
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Certification in data analysis, data science, or related field
