Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent: You'll need a solid educational foundation to excel in this role.
  • Previous customer service experience: While not required, previous customer service experience is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to provide exceptional service to customers.

  • Flexible schedule to accommodate business needs: You'll need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
