Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: ### Email Support

  • Respond to patient emails in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Resolve patient inquiries and concerns regarding medications, orders, and billing, providing accurate and empathetic support.
  • Escalate complex issues to management or pharmacy staff, ensuring that all patient concerns are addressed and resolved.

### Live Chat Support

  • Engage with patients via live chat, providing real-time support and resolution to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Address patient questions and concerns regarding medications, orders, and billing, utilizing knowledge base and resources to provide accurate information.
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and provide personalized support.

### Patient Support

  • Provide empathetic and personalized support to patients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Educate patients on medication usage, side effects, and interactions, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of their treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff and management to ensure that all patient concerns are addressed and resolved.

### Data Entry and Record-Keeping

  • Accurately update patient records and databases, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Document patient interactions and resolutions, providing a clear record of all patient communications and support.

Requirements

* 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and resolving complex issues.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a dynamic team.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare or pharmacy industry, with a strong understanding of patient care and support.

  • Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service and pharmacy support.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and pharmacy software, with the ability to navigate complex systems and provide accurate support.
  • Previous experience with email and live chat support, with a proven track record of providing timely and effective support.

Performance Metrics

* First Contact Resolution (FCR), measuring the percentage of issues resolved on the first contact.

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), measuring the level of satisfaction among patients.
  • Email/Chat Response Time, measuring the time it takes to respond to patient inquiries and concerns.
  • Quality Assurance scores, measuring the quality of support and service provided.

Available Shifts and Compensation

Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $36.00 - $48.00/hour.
