As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in processing weekly sales, sending out welcome packages, and performing various clerical duties associated with sales. Responsibilities and Duties As an Administrative Assistant in our Mortgage Division, you will be responsible for: * Assisting in processing weekly sales, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting * Sending out welcome packages and other related communications to clients and stakeholders * Performing various clerical duties associated with sales, such as filing, photocopying, and mail preparation * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including sales data, client information, and other relevant documents * Providing exceptional client service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals and objectives * Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements Essential Qualifications * 1 year of office experience, preferably in a mortgage or financial services environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on MS Excel * Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Preferred Qualifications * Experience with mortgage software and systems * Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and best practices * Certification in a related field, such as mortgage banking or financial services * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Skills and Competencies * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
