Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on our e-commerce platforms and social media accounts. Your primary goal will be to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need to navigate our products and services. Your responsibilities will include:
