Key Responsibilities

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in market research
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a market research or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong organizational abilities, with a focus on attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficiency in fundamental computer applications, including email correspondence and data input
- Ability to manage confidential information and maintain a high level of professionalism

Preferred Qualifications
