About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in managing customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service, and advising customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests. Responsibilities

* Manage customer interactions via inbound calls, ensuring a high level of service and resolution for customers

• Provide advice and guidance to customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and effective solutions to customers
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality scores
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Fluency in Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
• Strong customer service skills, with a patient, empathetic, and compassionate approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of autonomy and self-motivation
• Proficiency in Windows and MS Office, with a strong computer skills foundation
• Strong social support system, with the ability to work from home and maintain a healthy work-life balance
