Key Responsibilities and Job Elements
As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and engaging them during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results
- Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Collaborating with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives
- Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching to perform tasks
- Standing or walking for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Working in an environment with variable noise levels and temperatures
- Continuously climbing and descending stairs (applicable to sites with stairs)
Essential Qualifications
