Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our virtual customer experience team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our card members, resolving customer queries, and following established procedures to ensure the best possible solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide superior customer experience on calls to consumer card members, ensuring that every interaction is positive, empathetic, and solution-focused.
* Resolve all customer queries and follow established procedures as appropriate, using your expertise and judgment to find the best possible solutions.
* Develop a deep understanding of the customer's mood, profile, and needs, and leverage this information to provide personalized recommendations and benefits that meet their expectations.
* Deliver exceptional service to customers, employees, and shareholders, meeting key metrics and goals while identifying areas for improvement and recommending changes to workflows, procedures, and service levels.
* Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines, taking quick decisions and responding to customer inquiries with accuracy and empathy.
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, with excellent verbal communication and a customer-focused approach.
* Show a proven ability to work successfully in a team environment, as well as independently, with a strong interest in detail and a willingness to learn and adapt.
* Possess a workable understanding of MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
