Role Overview

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers based in Sweden, providing support through phone, chat, and/or email. You'll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional support experiences to customers through phone, chat, and/or email

  • Use various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to resolve customer queries
  • Communicate effectively with customers to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers
  • Work variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications

+ Minimum age: 18 years old + Right to work in The Netherlands + Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English + Experience working with a computer + Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm + Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required) + Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid) + Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair) + Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
