Earnings Potential
As an experienced Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist, you can earn up to $20.40 per hour. Our contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes. This means you can earn a competitive hourly rate while working on your own schedule.
Schedule
Our flexible schedule opportunities allow you to create your own schedule, working between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday to Friday. This means you can choose the hours that suit you best, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable accounting software
* Bookkeeping/accounting expertise, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and more
* Customer service experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service over the phone
* Comfort with cross-selling relevant products while addressing customer concerns
* Strong ownership of customer issues, with the ability to take control of the situation and provide confident resolution
* Tech savvy and an avid computer user
* Excellent communication skills, with a friendly tone and professional demeanor

Technology Requirements
You will need:
* A personal computer (no tablet)
* A broadband internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps
* A wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
* A Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system
* Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date
* A wired USB headset with microphone
* Mac users: Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple's Boot Camp utility
Important Information
For this program, you must live and work from the United States, except for California, New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington. You will also need to successfully pass a criminal background check. As an independent contractor, you will remain responsible for your own taxes and benefits.
Contractual Relationship
The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us.

This is a contract role, with a flexible schedule and competitive hourly rate.
