Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Uncovering Insights: Work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.
- Data Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives and visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, product managers, and designers, to drive business outcomes.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SQL, R, Python, and other data tools to build and maintain data pipelines, reports, and dashboards.
- Experimentation: Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and validate findings.
- Communication: Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and designers.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Math, Physical Science, Measurements, Financial Matters, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in data analysis, research, or related fields.
- Technical Skills:
+ Proficiency in SQL, ETL, A/B Testing, and statistical analysis (e.g., hypothesis testing, experimentation, regression). + Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Chartio, Looker, Tableau). + Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R, Matlab, SAS).
