Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric Part-Time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in California. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, and answering any questions our clients may have. Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Process customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Secure all trailing documents from customers and maintain accurate records
  • Complete evidence of insurance requests and ensure seamless communication with clients
  • Document each customer contact in eAgent, our proprietary customer relationship management system
  • Take premium payments from customers and verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses
  • Return all phone messages promptly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain knowledge of new products and stay up-to-date on industry developments
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Must reside/live in California: We're only considering candidates who reside in California, as this role requires a strong understanding of local regulations and laws.
