Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering data into various databases, records, and files with high accuracy and speed
  • Possessing excellent typing, writing, and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Summarizing data for standardized reports and providing insights to inform business decisions
  • Typing data directly and accurately, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control
  • Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed to maintain a clutter-free and efficient workspace

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders
  • The ability to speak confidently, clearly, and professionally for voice recording data
  • Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with a high level of autonomy and independence
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets, to efficiently manage and analyze data
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Data Entry Clerk
  • 1 year of experience in Excel and filing systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills to ensure accuracy and consistency
