Your Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Student Customer Care Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for arenaflex customers and those interested in our platform. Your tasks will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing detailed information about our products and memberships, ensuring customers understand the value proposition
  • Processing incoming tickets and supporting customers throughout the entire customer life cycle, from onboarding to resolution
  • Collecting customer feedback to help optimize internal processes and improve the overall customer experience
  • Maintaining and updating our knowledge base and LimeSurvey manual to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Collaborating with the team to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction

Your Ideal Profile:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities:

  • Currently enrolled at a university (full-time)
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer support and a willingness to go above and beyond
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • A solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex issues
  • Familiarity with surveys or LimeSurvey is a plus, but not required
