Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with e-commerce customer service operations and policies, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively handle customer issues and complaints.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
